At P.Q.L. your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. That’s why we have decided to perform a voluntary recall involving certain High Bay Linear LED light fixtures.
A potential issue has been identified with plastic retaining pins from one of our manufacturers used to secure the LED board inside some units. Over time, these pins may degrade, which could allow the LED board to come loose inside the fixture. If this happens, the LED strip may come in contact with the lens or other surrounding materials, creating a potential fire hazard. We are requesting all customers to stop the sale or use of these High Bay fixtures and quarantine any affected units. This is a complete list of the affected product numbers:
